Your ideas have come across; as ambiguous and complex as they are, they are also very simple, and all those things are exactly what I want to see in a piece of art.

It s a work of very powerful originality for me and I think it s a very moving image.

It s a very original subject, technically so complex, we ve all studied it for a long time and still can't work out how you did it. And emotionally it is packing such a powerful punch that the work itself is making me come out in goose bumps and making me feel quite like I want to cry.

It s a beautiful work of quiet authority.

It's terrific, the more I look at it the more I want to look at it, which is the highest seal of approval I think I can give to a work.

Jewish Chronicle 27 May 2011
